August 2023: The DOODLE MAILER
In this month's video we feature an unusual self mailer that really caught our attention. We call it the Doodle Mailer because it looks like someone scribbled a price quote and proposal on a piece of paper and stuck it in the mailbox.
While this format may not be for everyone, it does highlight how the use of handwritten copy can effectively capture attention because it looks unique. Of course you don't want to come across as deceptive, but used strategically, doodles or handwritten notes can add an interesting element to your direct mail.
